摘 要:提出一种改进型全桥并网逆变器,通过交流解耦单元实现在续流阶段光伏侧与电网侧隔离,并通过双向钳位电路将共模电压钳位为直流母线电压的一半,保证共模电压恒定,从而抑制共模漏电流。给出所提逆变器的工作原理、调制策略以及钳位电路,并将该逆变拓扑与已有典型拓扑进行比较分析,最后对所提逆变器进行仿真和实验验证。An improved full-bridge grid-connected inverter is proposed. In the inverter topology,an AC decoupling unit is used to isolate the PV source from the grid in the current freewheeling periods,and the common-mode voltage is clamped to one-half of the DC bus through a bi-directional clamping circuit. So that,the common-mode voltage is ensured to be constant,and the common-mode leakage current is suppressed effectively. In this paper,the operation principle,modulation strategy,and the clamping circuit of the proposed inverter are presented,and a comparative analysis is carried out between the proposed inverter and the existing typical topologies. Finally,the proposed inverter is verified through simulation and experiments.
