摘 要:提出一种新型双温相变平板式太阳集热器,阐明其构造形式并建立三维物理模型,通过分析建立了冻害温差、冻害程度等安全性能评价指标,分析该双温相变集热器耐高温、耐低温工况下的蓄放热特性,并对不同地区冬、夏季实际条件下相变集热器温度变化进行了动态模拟研究。结果表明,在中国的拉萨地区,双温相变集热器能有效减小过热时间约2 h,使冻害持续时间减少9 h以上、夜间最低温度提高约11℃。High-temperature overheating and low-temperature freezing damage are the potential safety hazards of common flat-plate solar collectors. In this paper,a new type of dual-temperature PCM-based flat-plate solar collector was proposed,its construction form was clarified and a three-dimensional physical model was established. Through the analysis,safety performance evaluation indexes such as temperature difference and degree of frost damage were established. The heat storage and release characteristics of the dualtemperature PCM-based solar collector under high and low temperature conditions were analyzed,and the temperature variation of PCMbased solar collector under actual conditions in winter and summer in different regions were studied by dynamic simulation. The results show that in Lhasa area,the dual-temperature PCM-based solar collector can effectively reduce the overheating time about 2 hours,reduce the duration of freezing damage by more than 9 hours,and increase the minimum temperature at night by about 11 ℃.
