摘 要:考虑热电厂的实际运行情况,提出一种热电厂蓄热方案弃风消纳能力的评价方法。在全工作周期及对外供应热负荷相同时,热电厂采用固体蓄热式电锅炉的弃风消纳能力远强于配置蓄热水罐,是配置蓄热水罐方案消纳风电能力的3.23倍。综合考虑多种因素,通过对能源、运行、经济3个1级评价目标及消防安全指数、能量利用系数等10个2级评价目标进行多目标综合优度评价后,结果表明,热电厂选择蓄热方案时,风电消纳能力及土建费用是更应被侧重考虑的2个因素;且热电厂采用蓄热水罐消纳弃风方案的综合优度要好于热电厂配置固体蓄热式电锅炉。An evaluation method for wind power accommodation of the thermoelectric power plant is proposed by considering the actual operation conditions. When the heat load is same,the wind power accommodation capacity of the thermoelectric power plant with solid heat storage boilers is 3.23 times stronger than that with the heat storage water tanks. Three first level evaluation indicators of energy,operation and economy and ten second level evaluation indicators of fire safety index,energy utilization index and so on are evaluated for multi-objective comprehensive optimization. It shows that the wind power accommodation and the civil engineering cost are two important factors which should be more considered. The comprehensive advantage of the thermoelectric power plant with heat storage water tanks is better than that with solid heat storage electric boilers.
