摘  要:以生产的发动机机体气孔缺陷和曲轴夹渣缺陷为切入点,采用数值模拟方法分析了缺陷产生的原因。根据充型和凝固过程数值模拟结果,对原工艺实施改进。大量的生产数据表明,实施的工艺措施非常有效,铸件废品率和缺陷率大大降低。Based on the blowhole defects of engine blockcastings and the slag inclusion defects of crankshaft castings,which occurin the production process,the causes of the defects were analyzed by using numerical simulation method.According to the simulation results of the mold filling and solidification process,the casting process improvements werecarried out.The large amounts of data from the production showed that thecorrective measurestaken were significantly more effective.The blowhole defect in engine block castings and the rejection rate ofcrankshaft castings weregreatly reduced.
