摘 要:目的研究电针刺激内关穴对尾吊7 d模拟失重大鼠肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响,探讨电针刺激对抗失重致心血管功能失调的可能机制。方法 30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为尾吊组、穴位刺激尾吊组和对照组,尾吊组和穴位刺激尾吊组大鼠均头低位-30°,尾吊7 d,穴位刺激尾吊组大鼠需进行每天30min的电针刺激内关穴,对照组不做任何处理。3组均在7 d后测量血浆和组织中的肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮含量。结果与对照组相比,尾吊7 d后大鼠血清和脑组织肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮含量明显升高(P<0.05),而股动脉中3种物质的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。给予电针刺激后,大鼠血清和脑组织的肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮含量显著低于尾吊组(P<0.05),而股动脉中3种物质的含量显著高于尾吊组(P<0.05)。结论电针刺激内关穴可有效维持7 d尾吊模拟失重大鼠肾素-血管紧张素系统稳定性。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation of Neiguan acupoint on renin-angiotensin system in simulated weightless rats with tail suspension(TS) for 7 days.Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:TS group,TS with electroacupuncture stimulation group and control group.All the rats in the TS group and TS with electroacupuncture stimulation group had their heads lowered to -30° for 7 days.The rats in the tail-suspension with electroacupuncture stimulation group also had to undergo electroacupuncture stimulation of Neiguan acupoint for 30 min every day,while the control group did not do any treatment.The blood plasma and tissue renin,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels were measured after 7 d in all the three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the plasma and brain tissue renin,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels significantly increased in TS group after 7 d,while the content of the three substances in femoral artery decreased significantly(P<0.05).After 7 d electroacupuncture stimulation,plasma and brain tissue renin,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone reduced,and the indicator in femoral artery was higher than the tail-suspension group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of Neiguan acupoint can effectively maintain the stability of renin-angiotensin system in simulated weightless rats with tail-suspension.
