摘  要:目的:调查北京市某区家庭医生助理制度的现状。方法:选取北京市某区的家庭医生助理及其管理者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法进行调查研究。结果:女性占比90.24%,男性占比9.76%;认为工作量大的占36.05%,认为工作种类繁多的占58.91%,认为工作待遇差的占54.65%,认为缺少职业归属感的占34.5%。结论:北京市某区的家庭医生助理制度在实施过程中存在人员缺乏、招聘难、离职率高等问题,建议通过提升工作效率从而在一定程度上缓解人员缺乏的问题;通过完善家庭医生助理的绩效考核制度来解决难留住问题;建议适当放宽家庭医生助理的准入条件并将村干部等乡村熟人纳入其范围,从而解决难招聘问题。Objective:To investigate the status quo of family doctor assistant system in Haidian District,Beijing.Methods:The assistants of family doctors and their managers in a district of Beijing were selected as the research objects.Questionnaires and interviews were used to carry out the research.Results:Among those who filled in the questionnaire,90.24%were female and 9%were male.36.05%thought the workload was high,58.91%thought there were many kinds of jobs,54.65%thought the job wass poorly paid,and 34.5%thought there was no sense of belonging in the job.Conclusion:In the implementation of the family doctor assistant system in Haidian District,Beijing,there are some problems such as lack of staff,difficulty in recruitment and high turnover rate.In view of these problems,the authors gave some suggestions in the last part of the article.
