摘 要:采用ANSYS Workbench平台的FLUENT软件对一种等节距梯形波纹缩放管进行了对流传热数值模拟并从场协同角度进行传热强化分析。对数值计算结果进行分析表明:等节距梯形波纹缩放管的传热性能较光管好,在数值仿真条件下,等节距梯形波纹缩放管的努赛尔数Nu比光管的高出1.28%〜2.05%,场协同数Fc较光管高出一个数量级;同时单纯性改变流体速度场的速率对对增强管内对流传热效果是有一定限度的,还应考虑管内速度场与热流场协同对对流传热的影响;相较于光管,等节距梯形波纹缩放管的缩放节能减小流场中流体局部场协同角β,增大了场协同数Fc,提升了管内对流传热换热水平。The FLUENT software of ANSYS Workbench platform was used to simulate the convective heat transfer of an equal-pitch trapezoidal corrugated tube,and the heat transfer enhancement analysis was performed from the field coordination angle.Analysis of the numerical results shows that.The heat transfer performance of the equal-pitch trapezoidal corrugated tube is better than that of the light tube.Under the numerical simulation condition,the Nusselt number Nu of the equal-pitch trapezoidal corrugated tube is 1.28%〜2.05%higher than that of the tube,and the field synergy number Fc is an order of magnitude higher than light pipe.The simple change of the velocity field of the fluid has a certain limit on the effect of convective heat transfer in the enhanced tube.The effect of the velocity field and the heat flow field on the convective heat transfer should also be considered.Compared with the light pipe,the expansion-contraction joint of the equal-pitch trapezoidal corrugated tube reduces the local field coordination angleβof the fluid in the flow field,increases the field synergy number Fc,and improves the convective heat transfer heat transfer level in the tube.
