摘　　要：可持续是当前全球体育发展的根本理念。为有效地执行该理念,联合国系统、国际奥委会系统各自形成了系列化的战略、政策及举措。随着体育在全球可持续发展目标框架中的作用越来越受到认可,回溯全球体育可持续战略的历史演进和当前状况意义重大。根据战略发展阶段与周期特征,对联合国、国际奥委会可持续发展的治理主体、协作框架等进行分析,并探讨两大系统具体行动的执行效果。同时,总结了学界对体育可持续发展提出的批评以及面临的现实挑战,提出国际奥委会、联合国两大系统的应对之道。在此基础上,对全球体育可持续发展的未来予以展望,提出人类命运共同体视域下的中国参与路径,匡助下一阶段战略执行有效性地提升。Sustainability is the fundamental concept of current global sports development. In order to effectively implement this concept,the United Nations and IOC have each formulated a series of strategies,policies and adopted specific measures. With increasing recognition for sports’ role in the global Sustainable Development Goals(SDG)framework,to look back on the historical evolution and current progress of the strategies for global sport sustainability is of great significance. This study analyzes the policies of the United Nations and IOC,and discusses the implementation effects of specific actions by the two systems according to their development stages and cycle characteristics. Based on the criticism raised by the academia about the sustainable development of sports and the actual challenges faced by the two major systems,the IOC and United Nations can implement optimized strategies accordingly. On this basis,the prospects are proposed for the sustainable development in global sports,especially the path of China’s participation under the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind. This will help improve the effectiveness of future strategy implementation.
