摘  要:氢燃料电池汽车作为新能源汽车的三大核心路线之一,受到国家部委和产业相关人员的重视;即将到来的2022年亚运会,昭示着市场需要一批氢氢燃料电池客车投入运营工作。以氢燃料电池客车样车动力系统为研究对象,通过对动力系统关键部件进行理论计算和使用性能调研分析,确定关键零部件的技术参数;基于选型部件,采用CRUISE车辆模型对样车动力系统的动力性经济性进行仿真,将选型部件搭载到样车车身,并在第三方检测机构进行型式试验测试,验证了该类型项目开发的必要性和有效性。As one of the three core routes of new energy vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been valued by national ministries and industry-related personnel. The upcoming 2022 Asian Games indicates that the market needs a batch of hydrogen fuel cell buses to be put into operation. The power system of a prototype hydrogen fuel cell bus has been regarded as the research object. Characteristics of the key components of the power system have been determined by theoretical calculation and service performance investigation. Based on the selected components, the CRUISE vehicle model is used to simulate the dynamics and economics of the prototype vehicle power system. The selected components are mounted on the body of the prototype bus and the type test has been carried out in a third-party testing organization. The test aims at verifying the necessity and effectiveness for the type of project development for specialized commercial vehicle.
