摘 要:为了解决某种型号的全封闭往复式压缩机舌簧阀颤振和工作性能较低的问题,采用了数值仿真和实验两种方法对该种型号的往复式压缩机进行了研究。通过建立该种型号往复式压缩机的吸、排气系统的数值仿真计算模型,利用流固耦合仿真软件对往复式压缩机的工作性能进行了仿真计算分析。研究结果表明该种型号的往复式压缩机吸气功率损失为0.9886 W,排气功率损失为4.184 W,循环指示功率为58.98 W。吸气舌簧阀的运动位移最大值为2.13 mm,在吸气过程中发生了颤振和延迟关闭现象。排气舌簧阀的运动位移最大值为0.216 mm,在排气过程中也发生了颤振,但未出现延迟关闭现象。最后通过实验验证了往复式压缩机的数值仿真模型的合理性,从而为研究该种型号往复式压缩机的工作性能提供了一种可靠的方法。In order to solve the problem of flutter and low efficiency in the reed valve of a certain type hermetic reciprocating compressor,numerical simulation and experiment were used to investigate this type of hermetic reciprocating compressor.Through building the numerical simulation model of the reciprocating compressor suction system and exhaust system,and the performance of reciprocating compressor was computed and analyzed by Fluid-Structure Coupling Simulation Software.The results indicate that the suction power loss of the reciprocating compressor is 0.9886 W,the exhaust power loss is 4.184 W and the circulating indicated power is 58.98 W.The maximum displacement of the suction reed valve is 2.13 mm and the phenomenon of flutter and delayed closure occurs during the suction process.The maximum displacement of the exhaust reed valve is 0.216 mm and the phenomenon of flutter also occurs during the exhaust process,but without delayed closure.The numerical simulation model of the reciprocating compressor is proved to be reasonable by experiments,which provides a reliable method for studying the performance of reciprocating compressor.
