摘　　要：基于豫、陕、晋3省407家种植类农民合作社的调研数据,构建了社会责任—社会资本—绩效的分析框架,运用结构方程模型检验了社会责任水平对合作社绩效的影响。结果表明:社会责任对合作社经济绩效没有显著影响,但对社员满意度、内部社会资本和外部社会资本具有显著正向作用;内部社会资本和外部社会资本在社会责任与合作社经济绩效之间存在完全中介效应、在社会责任与社员满意度之间存在部分中介效应。这意味着社会责任行为不仅不会造成合作社效率损失,反而能间接促进合作社绩效的提升,这正是合作社承担社会责任的动机所在。因此,应改变"责任=成本"的传统观点,注重社会资本的积累;同时,地方政府部门应为合作社履行社会责任、积累社会资本提供宽松的政策环境。Based on the survey data of 407 farmers’ cooperatives in Henan, Shaanxi and Shanxi province, this paper constructs a theoretical analytical framework of "social responsibility, social capital and performance of farmers’ cooperatives" and uses the structural equation model to empirically test the impact of social responsibility on cooperative performance. The results show that cooperatives’ social responsibility has no direct effect on its economic performance, but it has significant positive effects on internal social capital, external social capital and satisfaction of members. And internal social capital and external social capital have a complete intermediary effect between social responsibility and cooperatives’ economic performance, and there is partial intermediary between cooperatives’ social responsibility and members’ satisfaction. This means that social responsibility behavior does not cause the loss of efficiency of cooperatives, but can promote the improvement of cooperatives’ performance indirectly, which is the motivation for cooperatives to assume social responsibility. Therefore, we should change the traditional view of " responsibility=cost " and pay attention to the accumulation of social capital.At the same time, local government departments should provide a relaxed environment for cooperatives to fulfill their social responsibilities and accumulate social capital.
