摘  要:饱和电抗器是高压直流(HVDC)换流阀的重要组成部分,是保护晶闸管的主要器件,其电路模型参数是换流阀优化设计的关键。饱和电抗器电路模型可以等效为空载变压器,即非线性电感及非线性等效电阻的并联。由于采用理论计算的饱和电抗器特性参数值,其电路仿真波形与试验波形总存在较大的偏差,这里利用冲击放电试验对饱和电抗器特性参数进行建模,将非线性电感等效为主磁通受控的电流源模型,利用冲击放电试验及电路状态方程求取饱和电抗器非线性等效阻抗。通过对比分析不同电压等级冲击放电试验的仿真结果与试验结果,基本验证了饱和电抗器特性参数模型的有效性。Saturable reactor is an important part of high voltage direct current(HVDC)converter valve and the main component of thyristor protection.Its circuit model parameters are the key to the optimal design of converter valve.The circuit model of saturable reactor can be equivalent to no-load transformer,the parallel connection of nonlinear inductance and nonlinear equivalent resistance.Due to the theoretical calculation of the saturable reactor characteristic parameters,there is a big deviation between the simulation waveform and the test waveform.The characteristic parameters of the saturable reactor are modeled by impulse discharge test,and the nonlinear inductance is equivalent to the current source model controlled by main flux.The nonlinear equivalent of saturable reactor is obtained by impulse discharge test and circuit state equation impedance.By analyzing the simulation and test results of impulse discharge test with different voltage levels,the validity of the saturable reactor is basically verified.
