摘 要:全桥变换器在超轻载下采用Burst控制可以显著提高效率,现有Burst控制存在控制参数难以设计的问题,并且对于变换器损耗与控制参数的关系缺乏研究。针对以上问题,这里提出一种电压滞环控制与峰值电流控制相结合的Burst控制,阐述控制方法的原理,详细分析该控制方法下变换器的工作状态,研究变换器损耗与所设定的峰值电流的关系,根据输出电压波动范围要求,以损耗最小为原则选取峰值电流。最后通过实验验证了所提方法的有效性。Burst control for full-bridge converter under ultra-light load can significantly improve efficiency.The existing Burst control has the problem of difficulty in designing control parameters,and there is a lack of research on the relationship between converter losses and control parameters.In response to the above problems,a Burst control that combines voltage hysteresis control and peak current control is proposed,the principle of the control method is explained,the working status of the converter under this control method in detail is analyzed,and the loss of the converter is studied and the relationship of peak current is set,according to the output voltage fluctuation range requirements,select the peak current based on the principle of minimum loss.Finally,experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
