“流空间”视角下省际边缘区城乡要素空间流动特征与优化——以庆阳市为例

摘　　要：基于"流空间"视角从人流、信息、技术3个方面构建城乡要素流动评价指标体系,分析城乡要素在研究区不同行政层级间"节点—方向—强度"3类空间流动特征,提出优化城乡要素流动的对策建议。结果表明:整体上乡镇是城乡间人流、信息要素流动的最重要节点,而技术流动的最主要节点是县城;当前城乡要素双向流动虽然存在,但并不显著且高度不平衡;城乡人流要素流动强度整体上处于流动高水平,信息和技术要素则处于中等流动水平,空间格局上呈现以庆阳市区为中心、向外围各县递减的圈层式空间分布特征;通过对城乡要素流动空间特征与存在问题的分析,提出推动城乡要素自由双向流动、城乡互动融合发展的优化建议。Based on the perspective of flow space,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban and rural factor flow from three aspects of people,information and technology.And then,it analyzes the″node-direction-intensity″spatial flow characteristics of urban and rural factor flow among different administrative levels in the study area,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing urban and rural factor flow.Results show that,township is the most important node of the flow of people and information between urban and rural areas on the whole,while the most important node for technology flows is the county.Although the current two-way flow of urban and rural factors exists,it is not significant and highly unbalanced.On the whole,the flow intensity of urban and rural population elements is at a high level,while the information and technology elements are at a medium level.In terms of spatial pattern,the spatial distribution features of ring-type spatial distribution with Qingyang urban area as the center and decreasing to peripheral counties.Based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics and existing problems of urban and rural factors flow,it puts forward some optimization suggestions to promote the free two-way flow of urban and rural factors and the integrated development of urban and rural interaction.
