摘 要:现场微量物证的采集是法庭科学工作的重要环节,目前在实践中除了刀片刮取等常规方法外,还没有更有效的方法来采集附着式微量物证。本研究介绍了一种使用水溶性棉签与盐相结合的微量物证提取纯化新方法,采用水溶棉签擦拭、加水溶解纤维、加盐调节密度三个步骤,成功实现附着式微量物证从载体的分离到杂质的去除。为进一步说明该方法的先进性,讨论了关键材料选择和方法原理。该方法被证明简单、快速、高效、可靠,在微量物证的采集、保存和纯化等方面具有应用前景。The collection of trace evidence on the spot is a paramount step in forensic science.At present,in practice,apart from conventional methods such as blade scraping,there are no more effective method to collect the attached trace evidence.This study introduces a new method for the collection and purification of the trace evidence using a combination of water-soluble cotton swabs and salt.The three steps of wiping with water-soluble cotton swabs,adding water to dissolve the fibers and adding salt to adjust the density have successfully achieved the separation of the attached trace evidence from the carriers and the removal of impurities.To further illustrate the advanced nature of the method,the selection of the key materials and the principle of the method are discussed.The method has been proved to be simple,fast,efficient and reliable,and has promising application prospects in the collection,preservation and purification of the trace evidence.
