摘　　要：环境质量模糊综合评价作为一种应用较为广泛且具有完整数理基础理论的环境质量评价方法,在使用过程中经常涉及到各评价指标的赋权问题。由于不同的评价指标赋权方案,直接影响环境质量综合评价的结果,因此研究各评价指标的赋权方案特别重要。赋权方案取决于各评价指标在整个环境系统中的环境污染贡献量,在分析、比较不同赋权方案的基础上,提出了一种正S线型的赋权方案。通过理论分析该改进的赋权方案既体现了环境质量评价的赋权原则,又体现了人们在主观上对各评价指标的不同重视程度,符合环境质量评价的目的和要求。通过举例验证了该赋权方案的科学性与合理性。Fuzzy comprehensive assessment of environmental quality is a kind of environmental quality assessment method which is widely used and has complete mathematical basis theory.During the process of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality,the issue of weighting of each evaluation index is often involved.The results of comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality are directly affected by different evaluation index weighting schemes.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the weighting scheme of the evaluation indexes.The weighting scheme depends on the environmental pollution contribution of each evaluation index in the entire environmental system.Based on the analysis and comparison of different weighting schemes,a positive S-line weighting scheme is proposed.Through theoretical analysis,the improved weighting scheme not only reflects the weighting principle of environmental quality assessment,but also reflects different emphasis on various evaluation indexes subjectively,which meets the purpose and requirements of environmental quality assessment.The scientificity and rationality of the weighting scheme are verified by an example.
