摘　　要：主要针对我公司制造的大型甲醇合成塔大直径厚壁2.25Cr-1Mo封头的焊接、成型、热处理工艺进行研究,并在产品制造中实施,实现了成型封头拼缝的自动化焊接,保证了焊缝合格率,热处理后母材和焊缝的力学性能和抗回火脆化性能符合技术要求。This paper mainly studies the welding,forming and heat treatment technology of 2.25Cr-1Mo head with large diameter and thick wall of large methanol synthesis tower manufactured by our company,and implements the automatic welding of forming head joint in the production,which ensures the qualified rate of weld.The mechanical properties and anti tempering embrittlement properties of base metal and weld after heat treatment meet the technical requirements.
