摘　　要：在工业生产中,用低温甲醇进行清洗是从原材料中除去酸性和惰化物质的绝佳方法。在进行低温甲醇提纯吸收过程中,高浓度甲醇消耗严重影响了公司的生存和发展。甲醇在低温下,酸性气体具有较高溶解程度,分析了影响冷甲醇洗涤时甲醇消耗量高的因素,并提出了降低冷甲醇洗涤时甲醇消耗量的有效策略。In industrial production,cleaning with low-temperature methanol is an excellent way to remove acidic and inert substances from raw material air.In the process of low temperature methanol purification and absorption,the consumption of high concentration methanol seriously affects the survival and development of the company.Methanol has a high degree of dissolution in acid gas at low temperature.This paper analyzes how to reduce the factors that affect the high consumption of methanol in cold methanol washing,and puts forward effective strategies on how to reduce the consumption of methanol in cold methanol washing.
