摘　　要：随着工业的发展,社会发展的每个角落几乎都可以看到石油化工的身影,可见其对经济发展和民生稳定的重要性。而由于石油化工产业是危险性较强的行业,设备的质量问题就显得尤为重要。工艺管道是设备中的重要组成部分,也为石油化工工程开展提供了必要的安全保障。但在实际施工中,工艺管道安装却频频出现问题。主要就石油化工工程工艺管道安装安全风险展开分析,并提出控制措施。With the development of industry,the figure of petrochemical industry can be seen almost in every corner of social development,which shows its importance to economic development and people’s livelihood stability.Because petrochemical industry is a dangerous industry,the quality of equipment is very important.The process pipeline is an important part of the equipment,and it also provides necessary security for the petrochemical engineering.But in the actual construction,the process pipeline installation often appears the problem.This paper analyzes the safety risk of the installation of the process pipeline in petrochemical engineering,and puts forward some control measures.
