摘　　要：导热油锅炉就是运用导热油来进行加热的锅炉。导热油锅炉是基于强制循环设计思想而制造出来的一种加热锅炉,在导热油锅炉的加热过程中是以导热油为介质,然后对燃料进行燃烧,产生的热量在输送给用热设备或者仪器之后,还可以通过介质也就是导热油再次循环重新加热。由此实现对资源的充分利用,并且导热油锅炉还可以以一种低压环境来获得高温,一方面在加热过程中安全性好,另外一方面还可以实现高温作业。相对于传统的加热锅炉来说,导热油锅炉的系统热利用更高,故障维修更加简单方便,并且导热油锅炉的使用寿命一般要比传统油锅炉更长。Heat transfer oil boiler,as the name suggests,is the use of heat transfer oil to heat the boiler.Heat transfer oil boiler is a kind of heating boiler based on the design idea of forced circulation.In the heating process of heat transfer oil boiler,heat transfer oil is used as the medium,and then the fuel is burned.The heat generated can be recycled and reheated through the medium,that is,heat transfer oil,after being transmitted to the thermal equipment or instrument.In this way,the full utilization of resources can be realized,and the heat transfer oil boiler can also obtain high temperature in a low-pressure environment.On the one hand,it has good safety in the heating process,on the other hand,it can also realize high-temperature operation.Compared with the traditional heating boiler,the heat utilization of the heat transfer oil boiler system is higher,the fault maintenance is more simple and convenient,and the service life of the heat transfer oil boiler is generally longer than that of the traditional oil boiler.
