摘　　要：选用磷杂菲阻燃剂DOPO与环氧基化合物乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)反应,得到含DOPO基衍生物。通过对产物TLC板及IR谱图分析,表征原料DOPO残余及产品结构。实验结果表明,DOPO∶EGDE为2.02∶1,原料DOPO及EGDE的残余均最少;另外,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为5h,既能保证原料反应完全,并且过程中放出的热量控制得较缓和,产物DOPO-EGDE颜色更浅,合成工艺更加安全。Phosphaphenanthrene DOPO react withethylene glycol diglycidylto getDOPO derivative.We use TLC and IR to analysis the raw materials and products,Experimental results show that thebestreaction ratio is DOPO:EGDE=2.02:1,in this ratio,there is no DOPO and EGDE residue.And the best reaction temperature is 150℃,and the best reaction time is 5h,that would delay the heat release rate of the reaction,the product would be more white,and the process would be more safer.
