摘  要:电极箔生产电解液中含有大量的铝离子,当溶液pH>3.5时,会产生大量的氢氧化铝沉淀。采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定产电解液中的铁,显色反应无法进行,为此对该方法进行了改进。加入柠檬酸三铵作为掩蔽剂,可消除氢氧化铝白色沉淀的干扰。用pH 5.6的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液控制溶液的pH在4~6,柠檬酸三铵的加入量为铝离子摩尔分数的5%,反应温度为85℃,能很好地掩蔽铝离子,用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定了电极箔生产电解液中铁的含量,结果满意。该方法准确、可靠、操作简便,是一种快速测定电解液中铁含量的方法。There is a large amount of aluminum ion in the electrolyte of electrode foil production.When pH in solution is>3.5,a large amount of aluminum hydroxide precipitates will be produced.The iron in the electrolyte is determined by 1,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method,but the color reaction cannot be carried out.For this reason,the method is improved.Adding triammonium citrate as masking agent can eliminate the interference of aluminum hydroxide white precipitation.The pH value of the solution was controlled from 4 to 6 by acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution with pH 5.6,the addition amount of triammonium citrate was 5%of the molar fraction of aluminum ions,and the reaction temperature was 85℃,which could well mask aluminum ions.The content of iron in electrolyte of electrode foil production was determined by1,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method with satisfactory results.The method has advantages such as accurate,reliable and easy to operate.It is a rapid method for the determination of iron content in electrolyte.
