摘　　要：介绍了轧盖机、轧盖及轧盖工序人员的概念,GMP对轧盖的要求及轧盖产品合格率的计算方法。采用根本原因分析法,通过对轧盖产品合格率的影响因素进行分析,对提高轧盖产品合格率的措施进行思考和探讨,为提高轧盖产品合格率及保证轧盖质量提供依据。This article introduces the concepts of capping machine,capping and capping operator,and the requirements of GMP on capping and the calculation method of the qualified rate of capped produces.Root cause analysis is adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the qualified rate of capped products,and the measures to improve the qualified rate of capped products are considered and discussed.It provides the basis for improving the qualified rate of capped products and ensuring the quality of capped products.
