摘　　要：本文介绍了家庭功能的概念、评估工具、慢性病患儿家庭功能的状况及家庭功能对其疾病预后的影响,从患儿自身因素、父母因素和社会支持因素3个方面对慢性病患儿家庭功能的影响因素进行归纳总结,以期为医护人员有针对性地改善患儿家庭功能状况提供理论依据,同时为今后开展慢性病患儿家庭功能的研究提供参考。This article introduces the definition,assessment tools of family functioning,the current status of family functioning in children with chronic diseases and the influences of family functioning on the prognosis of the disease.It also summarizes factors influencing family functioning from the children's,parental and social support perspectives.Findings could provide a theoretical basis for medical personnel to improve family functioning in children with chronic diseases,and provide a reference for future research on family functioning of children with chronic diseases.
