摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振成像在肛管直肠周围脓肿及肛瘘术前诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年12月我院接收的78例疑似肛管直肠周围脓肿及肛瘘患者资料,判断MRI在该病术前诊断中的价值。结果:经MRI检查与手术结果比较共有7例不符,分别为括约肌型、原发瘘管、内口总数,其余检查均达到100%。MRI检查的灵敏度、特异度较高。结论:MRI在肛管直肠周围脓肿及肛瘘中的术前诊断效能显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods Data of 78 patients with suspected perianal abscess and anal fistula admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the value of MRI in preoperative diagnosis of this disease.Results There were 7 cases of discrepancy between MRI examination and surgical results,including sphincter type,primary fistula and total number of internal opening,and the rest were 100%.The sensitivity and specificity of MRI examination were high.Conclusion MRI is effective in the preoperative diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula,which is worth popularizing.
