摘　　要：随着农产品的快速发展,我国急需构建与之匹配的现代冷链物流体系。只有将互联网技术与物流业融合起来,构建高度互联互通的物流网络体系,才能不断提高现代物流业的智能化、自动化、专业化水平。同时,基于演化经济学的视角发现,在产业技术范式转换的过程中会出现进入新一轮产业技术范式的机会窗口。目前,大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能、区块链等现代信息技术正在开启新一轮产业技术范式,这些产业技术有助于现代冷链物流体系实现装卸自动化、运输集约化、仓管智能化、交易网络化、服务个性化,不断提高冷链物流的效率化、信息化与智能化水平。因此,政府、行业协会、物流及相关企业等主体应充分利用产业技术范式转换出现的机会窗口,相互配合、相互协调,促进产业技术的不断创新,加速构建现代冷链物流体系。With the rapid development of agricultural products in China,it is urgent to construct a modern cold chain logistics system.Constructing a highly interconnected logistics network system by integrating Internet technology and logistics industry can continuously improve the level of intelligence,automation and specialization of modern logistics industry.At the same time,based on the perspective of evolutionary economics,we find that there will be an opportunity window to enter a new round of industrial technology paradigm in the process of industrial technology paradigm transformation.At present,big data,cloud computing,Internet of things,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other modern information technologies are starting a new round of industrial technology paradigm.These industrial technologies help the modern cold chain logistics system to realize loading and unloading automation,transportation intensification,warehouse management intelligence,transaction networking,service personalization,and continuously improve the efficiency,informatization and intelligence level of cold chain logistics.Therefore,the government,industry associations,logistics and related enterprises should make full use of the opportunity window of industrial technology paradigm transformation,cooperate and coordinate with each other,promote the continuous innovation of industrial technology,and accelerate the construction of modern cold chain logistics system.
