摘　　要：通过总结转动设备的验收经验,介绍了转动设备关键质量检验点和设备制造检验过程中的关键事项。通过对制造阶段的充分把控,可以有效保证转动设备的质量,为项目开车及后期稳定运行提供保障,并在一定程度上降低运行期间的设备维护成本。Through summarizing the acceptance experience of rotating equipment in multiple pulverized coal pressurized gasification units,both key quality inspection points of the rotating equipment and key items in their manufacturing inspection process were described.Through fully controlling the manufacturing process,the production quality of the equipment can be effectively ensured to guarantee project start-up and stable operation in the later stage and to reduce the equipment maintenance cost during operation to a certain extent。
