管道爆燃事故原因剖析及对特种设备相关法规的解读

摘　　要：针对珠海长炼石化设备有限公司催化重整装置预加氢反应与进料换热器间的管道90°弯头处发生的爆燃事故,分析其主要原因。依照特种设备相关法规对爆燃事故责任进行了分析与解读,并提出相应的防范和整改措施。The main cause of the deflagration occurred at a 90°bend of the pipeline between the pre-hydrogenation reaction of the catalytic reforming unit and the feed heat exchanger in Zhuhai Changlian Petrochemical Equipment Co.,Ltd.was analyzed.From the point of view of relevant laws and regulations for the special equipment,the blame for the deflagration was analyzed and understood and the corresponding preventive and rectification measures were presented.
