摘 要:为了研究油井井口激动压力脉冲解堵增油技术,对油气田开发后期注水产生的地层损坏做系统分析。预设实验重点针对压力脉冲解堵影响因素进行分析。对管径对脉冲效果的影响、井口压力对井筒内脉冲波动的影响、井口压力对地层脉冲压力的影响和泄压时间对脉冲压力的影响进行分类总结。得出:运用连续油管作业配合800型泵车可以在一定井深达到较好的解堵效果,并且经济性最优;需要注意的是,地层渗透率是一个基础参数,会对压力脉冲解堵产生较大影响,必须进行先期数据论证核对,使之达到最优;当低渗透油藏地层渗透率小到一定程度时,则不能使用脉冲解堵;同时井口脉冲压力释放越快,脉冲效果越好。For purpose of discussing the plug removal and oil-increase technology through exciting pressure pulse at the wellhead,the formation damage caused by water injection in the later stage of oil and gas field development was analyzed systematically.The preset experiment focused on analyzing the influencing factors of plug removal through exciting pressure pulse.Classifying and summarizing the influence of pipe diameter on pulse effect,wellhead pressure on pulse fluctuation in wellbore,wellhead pressure on formation pulse pressure and pressure relief time on pulse pressure showed that,the coiled tubing operation combined with 800-type pump truck can achieve good plugging removal effect in a certain well depth along with optimal economy;and it should be noted that the formation permeability is a basic parameter,which has a great impact on pressure pulse plug removal and has to be verified in advance so as to achieve the best result.If the formation permeability of low permeability reservoir becomes small to a certain extent,pulse plug removal shouldn’t be used.At the same time,releasing the wellhead pulse pressure faster can incur the better pulse effect.
