摘 要:使用Workbench平台,基于流固耦合分析方法,对具有具体结构的固定管板换热器进行分析。流场分析结果表明,换热器进口压力大于出口压力,进口速度大于出口速度;结构静力场分析表明,随着流体速度的增大,换热管的等效应力增大;模态分析结果表明,随着流体速度的增大,换热管固有频率降低。Through making use of Workbench platform and based on the fluid-structure interaction,the fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger with specific structure was analyzed to show that,the inlet pressure is always greater than the outlet pressure and the inlet velocity there is greater than the outlet velocity;the static field analysis of the structure showed that,the equivalent stress of the heat exchange tube can be increased by increasing the fluid velocity;the modal analysis showed that,the natural frequency of the heat exchange tube will decrease with the increase of fluid velocity.
