摘　　要：淋洗塔在运行过程中需承受交变载荷,存在发生疲劳失效的可能性,但设计并未明确其允许循环载荷次数。通过应力分析和疲劳分析对淋洗塔的结构强度和疲劳寿命进行评价。结果表明:在正常工作荷载作用下,该淋洗塔能满足运行至下一检验周期的安全要求。In the operation,the eluting column has to bear alternating loads,which may incur fatigue failure.However,the design has not specified the number of allowable cyclic loads.Both stress analysis and fatigue analysis of the structural strength and fatigue life of the eluting column showed that,this column can meet the safety requirements of running to the next inspection period under normal working load.
