摘 要:针对制氢转化炉的炉管工作条件苛刻且因结构弯曲不适宜检测的难题,设计了一种爬行式制氢转化炉炉管内漏磁检测装置。该检测装置引入仿生理念,设计了六足爬行结构,中足为支点,前、后足摆动前进,弧形细杆、足与管道内壁相适应。通过以主检测装置为主,以副检测装置为辅助的方式,可探测到沿炉管各个方向发生缺陷的漏磁场信号。将主检测装置设置于前足与中足之间,主检测装置在前拉后推中稳健行进,并采用万向节来适应弯曲管道变化,实现对制氢转化炉炉管缺陷的全面检测。Considering the hydrogen reformer tube’s rigorous working conditions and the difficulty in detecting its bending structure,a magnetic flux leakage detection device was designed for tubes in crawling type hydrogen reformer.The detection device adopts the bionic concept and enjoys a six-legged crawling structure where the middle foot acts as fulcrum and both front foot and back foot swings forward and the arc-shaped thin rod and foot adapt to the inner wall of the pipeline.Through taking the main detection device as the main part and the auxiliary detection device as the auxiliary part,the leakage magnetic field signals of the defects along each direction of the furnace tube can be detected;meanwhile,the main detection device arranged between the front foot and the middle foot can move steadily in front pull and back push.The universal joint adopted can adapt to change of the bending pipeline to realize comprehensive detection of the defects of the hydrogen converter tube.
