摘 要:针对不同偏心距螺杆泵,计算分析了排量的变化规律,并利用有限元方法研究分析了偏心距对螺杆泵举升性能的影响,给出了不同条件下螺杆泵扬程与偏心距的定量关系。结果表明:螺杆泵排量随偏心距的增大而减小;螺杆泵接触带上临界接触应力随低压腔室内部压力的增加而减小,但此规律与偏心距的大小无关;随着偏心距的增大,螺杆泵扬程下降。In this paper,the variation rule of displacement was calculated and analyzed for the progressive cavity pump with different eccentricities.Through the finite element method,the eccentricity’s influence on the lifting performance of the progressive cavity pump was analyzed to present a quantitative relationship between the head and the eccentricity of the progressive cavity pump under different conditions.The results showed that,the lift of the progressive cavity pump decreases with the increase of eccentricity,and the critical contact pressure in the contact zone of the progressive cavity pump decreases with the increase of chamber pressure,but this variation rule has nothing to do with the eccentricity,and with the increase of eccentricity,the head of the progressive cavity pump decreases.
