摘　　要：目的探讨以自我效能理论为基础的集束化护理对慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理能力的影响.方法采取方便抽样法选取100例慢性心力衰竭患者,制定集束化护理方案,前50例为对照组,采用常规护理措施,后50例为试验组,给予基于自我效能理论的集束化护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后自我效能、自我感受负担、自我管理能力及生活质量的差异.结果实施集束化护理后,试验组患者在自我效能、自我感受负担、自我管理能力及生活质量方面与对照组及治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论集束化护理可有效提高慢性心力衰竭患者的自我管理能力及生活质量.Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing based on self-efficacy theory on improving the self-management ability of patients with chronic heart failure.Method The convenient sampling method was adopted to select 100 cases of chronic heart failure as the research objects.The first 50 cases were the control group,and the latter 50 cases were the experimental group.The self-efficacy,self perceived burden,self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After the implementation of cluster nursing based on self-efficacy theory,there were significant differences in self-efficacy,self-perceived burden,self-management ability and quality of life between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
