摘　　要：资产管理是现代金融体系“皇冠上的明珠”。作为金融体系中最具活跃度、创新能力最强、最需要系统规范的子行业,资产管理行业是金融发挥资源配置和服务实体经济功能的重要阵地。本文聚焦基础理论研究,重点结合国内外金融资产管理业务发展趋势,深入探讨资产管理的交易性质、机构、产品及计量等基础性问题,力求为“大资管”时代我国资产管理行业转型发展、未来体系构建、监管机制建设等提出有创新价值的政策建议。Asset management is the"jewel in the crown"of the modern financial system.As the most active and innovative sub-sector of the financial system and the most in need of systematic regulation,the asset management industry is an important position for finance to play its function of resource allocation and serving the real economy.This paper focuses on the basic theoretical research,with emphasis on the development trend of financial asset management business at home and abroad,and discusses in depth the fundamental issues of transaction nature,institutions,products and measurement of asset management,aiming to put forward innovative value policy recommendations for the transformation and development of China's asset management industry in the era of"big asset management",the construction of future system and the construction of regulatory mechanism.
