社区家庭医生服务在糖尿病患者二级预防中的管理成效

摘　　要：目的分析社区家庭医生服务在糖尿病患者二级预防中的管理成效。方法将在我院医治的70例糖尿病患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例,常规管理)和观察组(35例,社区家庭医生服务)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的糖尿病知识各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的糖尿病控制情况各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SDSCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区家庭医生服务应用于糖尿病患者二级预防中,可有效提高患者糖尿病知识掌握程度及治疗依从性,加强糖尿病控制效果,提高自我管理能力,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the management effect of community family doctor services in the secondary prevention of diabetic mellitus patients.Methods A total of 70 diabetic mellitus patients treated in our hospital were divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(35 cases,community family doctor service)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of diabetes knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diabetes mellitus control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDSCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The community family doctor services applied in the secondary prevention of diabetic mellitus patients can effectively improve the patients'knowledge mastery degree of diabetes mellitus and treatment compliance,strengthen the control effect of diabetes mellitus,improve self-management ability,and has higher satisfaction.
