中西医结合治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月本院收治的100例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为对照组(50例,规范化西医治疗)和观察组(50例,中西医结合治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的CO、CI、SV均高于对照组,SVR低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的无氧阈、峰值摄氧量、峰值氧脉搏、峰值负荷功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(50 cases,standardized western medicine treatment)and observation group(50 cases,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment)by simple randomization method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,CO,CI and SV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and SVR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen pulse and peak load power in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
