中药穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月本院收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,依据随机数字表法将其分为单独治疗组与联合治疗组,各50例。单独治疗组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,联合治疗组在单独治疗组基础上给予中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的中医证候评分均降低,且联合治疗组低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的治疗总有效率高于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的退热时间、X线改善时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间均短于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的不良反应总发生率低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著,可改善患儿的中医证候评分,缩短住院时间,且安全性高。Objective To observe the effect and safety of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The single treatment group was given azithromycin sequential treatment,and the combined treatment group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the single treatment group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the two groups decreased,and that in the combined treatment group was lower than the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,X-ray improvement time,lung rale disappearance time,cough disappearance time and hospital stay in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has a significant effect,it can improve the TCM symptom score,shorten the hospital stay,and has high safety.
