摘 要:轴载谱可以反映公路车辆组成,轴载谱检测在路用性能研究中占据重要地位,静态检测方法无法实时检测且不易自动辨认轴型导致该检测方法使用受限。通过分析动态称重系统检测轴载谱原理以及应用时的干扰因素,研究基于动态称重技术的轴载谱检测的可行性。结果表明,动态称重系统可以通过传感器和高性能处理器实现数据采集、分析等工作,理论上能够实现轴载谱的动态测定。并通过对江苏省内动态测定的轴载谱分别进行时间、空间分析,验证了该检测具备可行性。The axle load spectrum reflects the composition of road vehicles,and its detection occupies an important position in road performance research.However,the past static detection methods are gradually restricted due to their inability to conduct real-time detection and automatically identify the axle type.The paper studies the principle of the dynamic weighing system to detect axle load spectrum and analyzes the interference factors in the application of this technology.The dynamic weighing system can collect data through a variety of sensors,and a high-performance processor can be used to complete data analysis.In theory,the system can realize dynamic measurement of axle load spectrum.The temporal-spatial analysis of the axle load spectrum deter-mined dynamically in Jiangsu Province is preliminarily considered to be of great significance in the study of axle load in a province.
