摘 要:针对在未考虑支座摩阻的情况下,某半漂浮体系斜拉桥有限元模型计算应变和位移结果与荷载试验实测结果存在偏差的情况,以现场试验结果为依据,采用双折线模型和工程上常规的直接加支座摩阻力的方式模拟支座摩阻效应,对模型进行修正。研究结果表明:考虑支座摩阻后,应变和挠度校验系数分别提高15%和23%,并修正原模型中出现的计算位移方向与实测方向相反的问题;双折线模型比直接加支座摩阻力的方式能更准确地模拟支座的实际工作状态;以双折线模型为基础,当支座摩擦系数取0.05、支座屈服位移取2.5 mm时,修正模型计算结果与实测结果最接近。提出的双折线模型中的支座摩擦系数和支座屈服位移参数取值建议可为同类桥梁工程应用提供参考。The calculated strain and displacement values of the finite element model in the load test of the cable-stayed bridge with semi-floating system deviated from the measured results without considering the friction effect.Based on the load test re-sults in the field measurements,a bilinear model and a method commonly used in engineering to directly apply the friction effect on the girder were used to simulate friction effect in order to update the finite element model.The analysis results show that:after considering the friction effect,the strain and deflection check coefficients were increased by 15%and 23%,and the problem of inconsistency between the calculated and measured displacement direction was updated.The method of bilinear model can more accurately simulate the actual working state of the support than that of directly applying the friction effect.Based on the bilinear model,when the friction coefficient is 0.05 and the yield displacement is 2.5 mm,the calculation result is closest to the measured result.The suggested values of support’s friction coefficient and yield displacement in the bilinear model proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for such bridge engineering applications.
