摘  要:为了对国土环境资源进行快速、动态和准确监测,本文依托自主高分遥感影像、DEM数据、GIS数据等数据资源,研发了具有GIS和遥感一体化功能的B/S版国土环境资源遥感监测服务支撑平台。该平台具有多源数据、多域模块协同处理的一体化运行环境,能在Web浏览器端基于智能优化算法对遥感影像进行在线解译分类,具有高分遥感影像预处理、影像处理与分析结果查询等功能,并提供可扩展接口实现与后续其他业务的无缝集成,使用户能在浏览器中使用自助式遥感影像应用服务,有效促进国土环境资源精细化动态监测能力建设。In order to quickly,dynamically and accurately monitor the land and environmental resources,this paper relies on independent high-resolution remote sensing images,DEM data,GIS data and other data resources to develop a B/S version of the remote sensing monitoring service support platform of land and environmental resources with integrated functions of GIS and remote sensing.The platform has an integrated operating environment with multi-source data and multi-domain module collaborative processing.It can interpret and classify remote sensing images online based on intelligent optimization algorithms on the web browser,and have following functions of high-resolution remote sensing images preprocessing,image processing,and analysis result query.It also provides extensible interfaces to achieve seamless integration with other subsequent services,enabling users to use self-service remote sensing images application services in the browser,and effectively promoting the construction of the ability to refine the dynamic monitoring of land and environmental resources.
