摘 要:为了在莆田地区发展灵芝种植,通过对不同来源的5株赤芝进行段木季节性栽培,观察不同菌株的菌丝生物学特性、子实体和孢子粉产量等生产性能。结果显示:5个赤芝菌株中,高邮红芝(GY)生物学特性最佳,满袋时间为72.2 d,每平方米干芝平均产量为1931.20 g,平均干孢子粉304.62 g,3个生产性能特性都优于其他4个菌株,且都达到极显著的水平。莆田地区野生灵芝资源不多,但气候条件适宜赤芝种植,其中高邮红芝生产性能最佳。In order to develop cultivation of Ganoderma lingzhi in Putian area,five strains of G.lingzhi from different sources were seasonally cultivated with wood log and production properties were observed,including biological characteristics of hyphae and yield of fruiting body and spore powder in different strains.The results showed that G.lingzhi‘Gaoyouhongzhi’(GY)had the best biological characteristics,the time of hyphae growth to fill with bag was 72.2 d,the average yield of dry fruiting body per square mater was 1931.20 g,and the average yield of dry spores powder per square mater was 304.62 g.Three production properties of‘Gaoyouhongzhi’were better than that of the other four strains at the extremely significant level.There are few wild G.lingzhi resources in Putian aream but the climate conditions of Putian are suitable for the cultivation of G.lingzhi among which‘Gaoyouhongzhi’had the best production performance.
