福建省辣木茶产业分析报告

摘　　要：本文通过查阅文献资料、实地走访、电话调查等形式,对福建省辣木种植及辣木茶生产等情况开展调查,走访相关行政科研单位3家、企业7家,收集了2014年至2019年福建省辣木茶产业数据,分析和总结了福建省辣木茶产业发展过程、存在问题,并提出相关建议。结果表明:福建省辣木茶产业在2014年至2016年经过短暂发展后迅速下滑,其主要问题在于产业发展不理性、政策干扰大、行政限制严重、研发投入不足、产品优势不凸显等方面。建议规范行业内部秩序、持续支持产业发展、加大研发投入、加强产品宣传,综合调动各方面资源,促进辣木和辣木茶产业发展。Through literature review,field visit,telephone interview and other methods,we surveyed status of planting of Moringa oleifera and production of Moringa oleifera tea in Fujian,visited three relevant administrative and scientific research institutions and seven companies,collected data on Moringa oleifera tea industry in Fujian Province between 2014 and 2019,analyzed and summarized development process and existing problems of Moringa oleifera tea industry in Fujian Province,and proposed some suggestions.The results showed that there were firstly short-time development and then rapidly drop in Moringa oleifera tea industry in Fujian Province between 2014 and 2016.There were some main problems including irrational industrial development,serious policy interference,severe administrative restrictions,insufficient research and development investment,and unobvious advantages of products.Some suggestions were proposed including standardizing the internal order of the industry,continuously supporting industry development,increasing investment in research and development,strengthening product publicity,comprehensively mobilizing all kinds of resources in order to enhance development of Moringa oleifera and its tea industry.
