老年糖尿病患者“互联网+护理服务”的需求意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查老年糖尿病患者“互联网+护理服务”的需求意愿,并分析其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对2020年5—11月在无锡某三甲医院内分泌科住院的110名老年糖尿病患者进行调查。应用一般资料调查表、中文版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)、互联网+护理服务内容的需求调查表调查其需求情况及其影响因素。结果老年糖尿病患者“互联网+护理服务”的总需求平均得分(44.01±9.98)分,需求程度从高到低排序前三位依次为意外情况下的医护人员呼叫、获取专家信息并预约挂号、在线查看检查检验结果;对老年糖尿病“互联网+护理服务”的需求进行影响因素分析,其中受教育程度、家庭月收入对老年糖尿病“互联网+护理服务”的需求有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本地区构建老年糖尿病“互联网+护理服务”模式的过程中,需要加强宣传力度,在设置上综合考虑老年人群的特点和认知水平,才能充分发挥“互联网+护理服务”的优势,满足老年糖尿病患者的需求。Objective To investigate the demand willingness of'Internet+nursing service'for elderly patients with diabetes and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with diabetes hospitalized in the department of endocrinology of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuxi from May to November 2020 were investigated by using a questionnaire.The general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities(SDSCA),and the demand questionnaire for the content of'Internet+nursing service'were used to investigate their demand and its influencing factors.Results The average score of total demand for'Internet+nursing service'of elderly patients with diabetes was(44.01±9.98).The top three demand levels in descending order were call from medical staff in case of accidents,access to expert information and having an appointment with a doctor,as well as online viewing of examination and test results.In the analysis of the factors influencing the demand for'Internet+nursing service'of elderly patients with diabetes,there were statistically significant differences in the education level and monthly household income(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of constructing the'Internet+nursing service'model for elderly patients with diabetes in this area,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda efforts and consider the characteristics and cognitive level of the elderly population in the setting in order to give full play to the advantages of'Internet+nursing service',thus further meeting the demand of elderly patients with diab etes.
