摘  要:目的建立测定皂布叶中总蒽醌的紫外可见光谱方法。方法采用超声提取法,以50%甲醇为溶剂提取,加盐酸水解,以乙酸乙酯取总蒽醌,用醋酸镁-甲醇显色测定总蒽醌含量。结果总蒽醌在0.002074-0.01037 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9962),回收率为94.47%-97.45%。结论该方法操作安全简单,操作效率高,且精密度好,结果稳定可靠,可用于皂布叶中总蒽醌的含量测定。Objective To establish an ultraviolet visible spectroscopic method for determination of total anthraquinone content in Zaobuye.Methods The ultrasonic extraction method was adopted,and the content of total anthraquinone was extracted with 50%methanol as solvent and hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid.The total anthraquinone was extracted with ethyl acetate,and its content was determined with magnesium acetate-methanol color development.Results The linear relationship of total anthraquinone was good in the range of 0.002074-0.01037 mg/ml(R^(2)=0.9962),and the recovery rate was 94.47%-97.45%.Conclusion The method is safe and simple to operate,high in operation efficiency,good in precision,stable and reliable in results,and can be used for the determination of total anthraquinone in Zaobuye.
