麻杏石甘汤合银翘散治疗儿童支原体肺炎(风热闭肺证)的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究麻杏石甘汤合银翘散治疗儿童支原体肺炎(风热闭肺证)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年11月在北京市昌平区中西医结合医院门诊诊断支原体肺炎的123例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为中医组(60例)、西医组(63例)。西医组给予常规西医阿奇霉素干混剂治疗5 d,中医组给予口服麻杏石甘汤合银翘散5 d。观察两组临床治疗效果,患儿发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部啰音等症状消失时间,中医症状积分。结果西医组愈显率为71.43%,中医组愈显率为91.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部啰音消失时间均短于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组中医症状积分改善优于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医组口服麻杏石甘汤合银翘散治疗儿童支原体肺炎(风热闭肺证)的临床效果较好,明显改善患儿的临床症状,且可显著缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Yinqiao Powder against children's mycoplasmal pneumonia(syndrome of wind-heat invading lung).Methods A total of 123 patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia diagnosed in the outpatient department of Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group(n=60)and the Western medicine group(n=63).The Western medicine group was treated with the conventional Western medicine azithromycin suspension for 5 d,while the Chinese medicine group was administered Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Yinqiao Powder orally for 5 d.The effective rate of clinical treatment,disappearance time of fever,cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,lung rales and TCM symptom score were observed.Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 71.43%in the Western medicine group and 91.67%in the Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and lung rales in the Chinese medicine group was shorter than that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom scores in the Chinese medicine group was superior to that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Yinqiao Powder orally to the Chinese medicine group produced good clinical efficacy against children's mycoplasmal pneumonia(syndrome of wind-heat invading lung).It can obviously ameliorate the child patients'clinical symptoms and significantly shorten the disappearance time of their clinical symptoms.It is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
