针灸配合背部走罐治疗对亚健康状态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究运用针灸配合背部走罐的方式对于治疗亚健康状态人群产生的临床效果。方法回顾性选择2018年10月至2019年10月济南市中医医院接受治疗的88例亚健康状态患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法,分为常规组和试验组,每组各44例。其中前者接受针灸方法进行治疗,后者在采用针灸疗法的基础上配合背部走罐治疗的方式,比较两组研究结果。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率为97.93%,高于常规组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组研究对象在治疗前,其躯体和脑力疲劳程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组躯体和脑力疲劳程度评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组研究对象各项生活质量评分(社会关系、物质生活、生理功能以及心理功能)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组各项评分均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对亚健康状态人群采用针灸配合背部走罐的方式能够产生积极的临床应用效果,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effects of using acupuncture combined with back cupping on the treatment of people with sub-health states.Methods A total of 88 patients with sub-health status treated in Ji'nan Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the different treatment method,with 44 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with acupuncture therapy,while the experimental group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with back cupping.The study results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 97.93%,which was higher than 77.27%in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of physical and mental fatigue degree(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical and mental fatigue degree of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of quality of life(social relationship,material life,physical function and psychological function)(P>0.05).After treatment,however,the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with back cupping can generate positive clinical application effects for people with sub-health status,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
