摘  要:水库大坝建设过程中,混凝土配合比设计是混凝土工程中很重要的一项工作,它直接影响到混凝土工程的质量和混凝土工程的成本。以安徽省下浒山水库为例,通过对细骨料、粗骨料、粉煤灰、水泥、外加剂等原材料的检测,选择符合设计要求的掺配比例;通过现场设计、试验及综合分析,重点注重研究混凝土拌和和易性、抗分离性、均匀性好等物理性能,分析推荐碾压混凝土、变态混凝土、净浆、层间结合砂浆推荐配合比,通过运用配合比推荐值,使混凝土中间产品及成品混凝土均达到或超过设计指标,同时选定合适的VC值,确保混凝土大坝的施工质量。In the process of reservoir dam construction,concrete mix design is a very important work in concrete engineering,which directly affects the quality and cost of concrete engineering.Taking Xiahushan Reservoir in Anhui Province as an example,through the detection of fine aggregate,coarse aggregate,fly ash,cement,admixture and other raw materials,the mixing ratio that meets the design requirements is selected;Through field design,test and comprehensive analysis,the physical properties of concrete,such as mixing workability,separation resistance and good uniformity,are emphatically studied,and the recommended mix proportion of roller compacted concrete,abnormal concrete,clean mortar and interlayer bonding mortar is analyzed and recommended,Make concrete intermediate products and finished concrete reach or exceed the design index,At the same time,select the appropriate VC value,ensure the construction quality of concrete dam.
