摘  要:连续烧结炉是实现MOX生坯芯块热处理的设备,其主要功能是在温度约为1750℃、工艺气氛为氢氩混合气的烧结区中实现芯块的烧结,氢氩混合气中氢气的含量约为6%,存在爆炸风险。本文通过试验验证的方式进行连续烧结炉氢爆安全分析,通过氢爆试验表明,氢气含量为6%时,氢氩混合气爆炸压力的超压最大值为56kPa,该数值也远小于设计压力,因此烧结炉可以承受氢爆产生的压力,压力设计是保守的,满足安全要求。Continuous sintering furnace is an equipment to realize heat treatment of MOX green pallets,and its main process is the final sintering of pellets in the sintering zone with a temperature of about 1750℃ and a process atmosphere of mixed hydrogen and argon.The hydrogen content in the hydrogen-argon mixture is about 6%and thus there is a risk of explosion.In this paper,the hydrogen explosion safety analysis of continuous sintering furnace is carried out by experimental verification.The hydrogen explosion experiment shows that when the hydrogen content is 6%,the maximum overpressure is 56kPa,which is far less than the design pressure.Therefore,the sintering furnace can withstand the pressure generated by hydrogen explosion,and the pressure design is conservative to meet the safety requirements.
