摘　　要：新钢公司线棒材厂以往采用纸质帐本和人工方式,管理内部备件材料计划申报,备件材料信息往往因笔迹潦草而产生很多错误,造成浪费,信息分散,要进行集中管理和信息共享,要耗费大量的人力和物力。为了解决这些问题,根据企业的需求,定制开发了一套基于现有管理流程的备件材料计划申报管理系统,实现对厂内备件材料的计划申报网上信息管理,使企业各个部门能够协同工作,以达到提高工作效率、减少出错率和节省人力的目的。系统采用B/S(Browser/Server)架构,系统维护只需对服务器进行设置,客户端使用。The new steel company wire bar factory in the past using paper books and manual methods,management of internal spare parts materials planning declaration,spare parts material information often due to handwriting scrawled a lot of errors,resulting in waste,information dispersion,to central management and information sharing,to consume a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to solve these problems,according to the needs of enterprises,customized the development of a set of spare parts materials based on the existing management process planning declaration management system,to achieve the plant spare parts materials planning declaration online information management,so that all departments can work together to improve work efficiency,reduce error rate and save manpower.The system uses a B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,and system maintenance requires only the server to be set up and used by the client.
